Bring a real sales challenge. Work through it with other sales leaders and The Maze team, and leave with something you can use on Monday.

A hands-on, in-person session for B2B sales leaders and their teams. Bring a live challenge: a stuck deal, a pipeline gap, a new market or a team that isn't hitting target. Work through it in small groups with peers and The Maze team. No slides for the sake of it. Just practical problem-solving, good conversation and ideas you can take straight back to the business.
