2. No Refunds  

Once work on the Services has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any fees paid. This policy applies to all services provided by The Maze, including but not limited to pre-acquisition due diligence, sales and marketing strategies, customer success initiatives, and any other consulting services.

By proceeding with the engagement and making payment, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
