Terms and Conditions for The Maze

 

1. Introduction  

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the provision of consulting services ("Services") by The Maze ("Consultant," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

 

2. Services Offered  

The Maze provides consulting services for B2B startups and scale-ups, including but not limited to:

   - Pre-acquisition due diligence

   - Sales and marketing strategies

   - Customer success initiatives

   - Post-acquisition integration services

   - Value creation planning, building, and execution

   - Strategic advisory and coaching for business leaders

   - Support for building teams and guiding new ways of working

 

3. Payment Terms  

Clients agree to pay an upfront fee for the first month of Services, followed by a monthly retainer fee. Specific payment details will be provided in a separate agreement or invoice.

 

4. Client Obligations  

Clients are expected to provide timely access to relevant information and resources necessary for the Consultant to perform the Services effectively. Additional obligations may be defined in the individual consulting agreement.

 

5. Confidentiality  

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the consulting relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of the engagement.

 

6. Limitation of Liability  

The Maze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Services provided. Our liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Services.

 

7. Dispute Resolution  

Any disputes arising from or relating to these T&Cs or the Services shall first be addressed through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties may pursue further legal remedies as appropriate.

 

8. Termination  

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing one month's written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall be due and payable.

 

9. Governing Law  

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

 

10. Amendments  

These T&Cs may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both parties.

 

11. Acceptance  

By engaging The Maze for consulting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
